An Open Letter to Current & Prospective Clients:
Intellisys Networks opened its doors for business in 2004 with one goal in mind: to consistently provide affordable, high-quality information technology solutions, services and support to the SMB market and residential customers throughout the Long Island and New York City area.
As an IT consultant throughout the late 1990's and early 2000's, I observed an unnerving trend among small IT service providers: their fly-by-night operations, lack of professionalism, dishonest technicians and exhorbitant fees were taking a toll on small businesses and individuals, and in turn, those individuals were losing faith in the IT community as a whole.
Our goal at Intellisys Networks is to change the perception of IT service providers by working with our clients in a way that no other provider does: through education. We believe that clients should fully understand what the cause of their issue is, and precisely how we were able to fix it - regardless of their level of technical knowledge and acuity. We take the "intimidation factor" out of information technology, and in doing so, hope to build a knowledgeable, self-empowered clientele who help us to build our business by recommending us to their colleagues, friends and family.
To our existing clients, I thank you for your business, your loyalty and the continued trust you place in us.
